New Mars Ferry!

The Martian Empress sent off on her first flight to Mars today. 5 kilotonnes in mass, and carrying 2048 passengers with 18 crew, she should set a new record time of 18days for the journey to Mars. Luckily for this attempted record breaker, Mars and Earth are in convenient juxtaposition for the Hohmann transfer orbit.
As readers of the Daily World Post know, the Mars Government is presently laying on a media blitz to encourage people to emigrate to the Red Planet. It is hoped the new liner will hasten matters along.
